When is your office open?

Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm;  Saturday "By Appointment"  only.  If these hours aren’t convenient for you, we’d be happy to meet you on a Sunday by appointment.

Where do I need to pay my bill?

You can pay your bill at our office, but you don’t have to make a trip here just to pay your bill. We offer online bill pay so you can pay from wherever you are!  We also have Auto Pay and a night drop box for those that pay by check or money order.

When can I access my unit?

You can access your unit any day of the week from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm.

What features do you offer to help me avoid damages to my belongings while they’re in long-term storage?

Our temperature controlled units are a great way to avoid damages. It keeps your unit at a constant temperature, so when the temperature or weather fluctuates outside, your belongings remain in a constant environment. This helps you avoid damages to your items like rust, warping, melting, fading, mold, and mildew. It also helps keep the dust off of your belongings since they are inside out climate controlled building.

Do you offer parking options for my boat?

We offer enclosed parking options that can accommodate your car, boat, or RV.

Is your facility secure?

We do whatever we can to maintain security at our facility. Our facility is fenced and is accessible only by our computerized security gate keeps people who are not renting from us from gaining access. Meanwhile, high-tech security cameras monitor all activity at our facility.
